As seen on Channel 4’s ‘’Help, We Brought a Village’’, this lovely olive oil is made by British couple Lucie Davidson and Jerry O’Shea.

Having budgeted for a London flat, they instead bought a dilapidated Italian farm and have learned to harvest olive oil. We admire their passion for regenerative agriculture and the work they are doing behind the scenes (tutoring in the evening hours) so they can rebuild the farm and grow their business.
