Gusto Toscano was born in the Chianti region, more precisely in the Val d’Elsa area. Claudio La mattina has researched the typical flavours of his area to create special and innovative products that are unique.
An intriguing balsamic vinegar, with original taste of a secret recipe designed to enhance the complex and delicate taste of the onion. The delicate procedure provides the crushing of the onions to extract the soul. It matches perfectly  with meat but gives taste and originality also in dishes with vegetables or other recipes.
