Robin and Sarah quit their jobs in October 2021, packed all into a campervan and drove to an olive grove on the Greek Island of Ithaca.
It is a healthy and flavour-packed oil, bursting with character and Ithacan bite. Every olive is picked by hand, early in the season and cold-pressed in an organic certified mill.
