A premium single-estate, single-variety olive oil from the renowned Vista Alegre estate in Jaén, Andalusia. Harvested in October and cold-extracted within just 4 hours of picking, this organic early harvest Picual captures the essence of freshness with an ultra-low acidity of only 0.1%.

Dedicated to the bee - the essential daytime pollinator that sustains the olive groves - this oil reflects the harmony between nature and craftsmanship. Its profile is intensely green and herbaceous, with fruity aromas of apple peel and banana. On the palate, it begins smooth and fresh, evolving into the characteristic bitter and spicy finish of the Picual variety, slightly bolder in this year’s harvest.
Exceptionally rich in antioxidants, this vintage boasts 810 mg/kg of polyphenols, making it both a culinary and nutritional treasure.
