Caprino Goat Cheese with Traminer

Hand-cut portions of this semi-hard goat’s cheese deliver a beautifully balanced flavour shaped by its unique refinement. Made from pasteurised goat’s milk and matured for at least five months, the cheese develops a thin rind coated in Traminer grape marc, lending subtle notes of wine and fruit.
The ivory-white paste is gently moist with a sparse, refined texture. On the palate, it offers mild sweetness, light goat’s milk character, and a delicate fruity lift from its time in the marc. An artisanal cheese with depth, elegance, and a distinctly Alpine profile.
