Trikalinos Marinated Anchovy Fillets
Deliciously soft and melting, these boneless and skinned Greek Anchovy fillets, (Gavros), are marinated in extra virgin olive oil and fresh Mediterranean herbs, with no preservatives, additives or any chemical processing. Greeks typically batter and fry fresh anchovies. But these are the most premium quality alternatives for the larder in colder climes and make the perfect Greek sashimi. Simply drain and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice, fresh chopped parsley, bread and wine and slivers of chilli if liked. Trikalinos has been harvesting salt and curing fish since 1856.
