Too Much Sugar was found in 2020 and is producing Asian-inspired food, patisserie, pastries and snacks. It was started in lockdown when professional chef-founders Winnie and Theo started making cakes and bakes and sold their products at Canada Water Market for their neighbours. Since then the business has grown to include bespoke celebration and wedding cakes, events, and wholesale supply.
These hand-crafted shortbread biscuits are a little moment of calm in every bite. Made with premium Japanese Hojicha - a roasted green tea known for its smooth, earthy flavour, they’re slowly baked to bring out their gentle aroma and golden toasted colour. Buttery, balanced, and not too sweet, they’re perfect with a cup of tea, shared with a friend, or enjoyed as a quiet treat just for you.
