Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated bellow 4C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. May contain bones.
Cooking Instructions: To oven cook: Remove all packaging, place on baking tray in preheated fan oven at 180C for 35-40 min and check the juices run clear at the deepest part. Ensure all food is cooked thoroughly before serving.
