Seven Ate Nine Sourdough Pitta Bread
Traditional pitta, reimagined with a sourdough twist.
Seven Ate Nine’s Sourdough Pitta Bread is a soft, chewy flatbread made using a naturally fermented sourdough starter for an added layer of flavour and texture. Baked in small batches, each pitta has a gentle tang, a pillowy interior, perfect for wrapping, dipping, or stuffing.
Unlike mass-produced versions, these pittas are made with simple, honest ingredients and a slow fermentation process that allows the flavour to fully develop. Ideal for falafel, grilled meats, roasted veg, or simply warm with houmous, this is everyday bread done exceptionally well.
Once you’ve tried sourdough pitta, it’s hard to go back.
