The tomato purees of Podere Francesco are exclusively made with Abruzzo tomatoes, grown and harvested by us.
These purees are made of three different tomatoes: a blend of Romanelli, Datterini, and Pera, which makes for a balanced and sweet taste coupled with a pleasantly pulpy consistency and a natural bright red colour.
This is a tasty and versatile product, perfect for any type of use in the kitchen, from sauces with short cooking times to more complex recipes. The fresh flavour is suitable for any time of year.
