Our hand-baked sourdough flatbreads blend Swedish tradition with British craft, using only natural ingredients. We roll the dough thin, dust it with rye flour, and gently bake it for a crisp, dappled, and slightly wobbly texture. Each batch begins with our signature sourdough starter, fermented for 16 hours to develop deep, complex flavours. Perfect for pairing with your favourite dips or enjoying on its own for a satisfyingly crunchy bite.
