Our hand-baked sourdough flatbreads blend Swedish tradition with British craftsmanship, using only the finest natural ingredients. We roll the dough until it’s delicately thin, dust it with rye flour, and gently bake it to achieve a crisp, dappled, and slightly wobbly texture. Each batch is made with our signature sourdough starter, slowly fermented for 16 hours to develop deep, complex flavours. Perfect for pairing with your favourite dips or enjoying on its own, these flatbreads offer a satisfying crunch with every bite.
