Perello Garlic Cloves
Crunchy marinated pickled garlic cloves are blanched before being steeped in a simple herbed brine. Delicious eaten on their own, they can be used in a variety of salads to bring texture and umami depth or can be blitzed into a sauce. The pickling process reduces the most powerful garlic flavours leaving a mild and gentle flavour.
