Perello Caperberries
Caperberries in vinegar with garlic cloves. Pickled Caperberries have a sharp and tangy flavour with grassy, floral notes and a yielding texture with some crunch from the seeds. Caperberries can be eaten like an olive or used to bring their distinctive flavour to a few dishes. The fruit of the caper bush, they have a similar, but milder, flavour to a caper, which is the flower bud of the same plant.
