A cheese with real character, Papathanassiou Barrel-Aged Feta is made from sheep’s milk with just a touch of goat’s milk, mainly from native breeds. Left to mature for at least six months in beech barrels from the Pindos Mountains, it develops a depth of flavour that’s both bold and memorable.
