We’re thrilled to announce a delicious new addition to Panzer’s: rotisserie chicken! After months of meticulous recipe testing and staff training, our rotisserie chicken is finally ready to take pride of place in the deli.
Each bird is Galician, corn-fed, free-range, and cured to ensure its tender and flavourful. We’ve perfected a dry rub receipe that gives the chicken its rich, golden glaze, while the juices drip down to slowly roast the potatoes underneath-creating the perfect accompaniment bursting with flavour. Our rotisserie always comes with a generous portion of our house-made gravy, which has 12 different vegetables - that’s nearly half your weekly veggie variety in one delicious pour. Our rotisserie chickens are available only whole. Feeds between 3-4 people.
Ready for collection between 12PM-6PM and for delivery between 12PM-4PM. We are unable to ensure that the chicken will remain warm during delivery.
Cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm
Dry Cure for Chicken: Molasses Sugar, Sea Salt, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Star Anise.
Gravy: Chicken, Celery, Onion, Carrot, Red Wine, White Wine, Leeks, Juniper berries, Parsley, Honey and spices.
