London Chocolate Colombia Bar
London Chocolate is part of the bean to bar revolution and makes only small batch premium chocolate. Created in the heart of London’s Canary Wharf, an area synonymous with merchant trade from exotic locations – cacao and sugar have been arriving at these docks since 1802. The beans are sourced ethically from individual plantations and 5% of their profits goes to sustainable charities.
This bar brings you very special beans grown on a native forest reserve in Colombia and featuring 100% criollo ancestorial genetics. Unique only to Hacienda Betulia’s terroir, these single variety criollos deliver a chocolate of great depth with notes apple, ripe cherry, plum and maple syrup, complemented by a smooth nutty cocoa finish.
