Giovanni's Giardiniera 1500ml - Unusual Giardiniera with Fruit
The singular selection of vegetables in this recipe varies with the seasons. They are accompanied by the sweetness of fruit. After sweet and sour marinading, they are preserved in mixed oil.
Ingredients:vegetables in varying proportions: (carrots, red peppers (seasonal Lombard peppers) yellow peppers, cauliflowers, fennel, CELERIAC, Jerusalem artichokes, green Williams pears, Fuji apples, onions from Boretto (naturally containing SULPHITES), green asparagus (only when in season)), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, water, whole sea Cervia salt, sugar.
How to use:Superb with mortadella, flavoursome cured meats, cooked cured meats and boiled or baked fish. It goes well with bloomy rind cheeses and medium cheeses. It is spectacular with boiled and grilled poultry
How to keep it:Store it in a cool place away from sources of light. Pasteurized product.
