Komodo Bakery want to redefine granola by blending bold flavours, artisanal techniques, and Japanese-inspired ingredients, creating unique, high-quality products that bring joy to every bite. Hojicha is a unique Japanese tea, made from Japanese “sencha” green tea leaves
that are slow roasted to create its signature warm, nutty flavour. For their Hojicha granola, we hand-roast their own Hojicha Tea, using Japanese Sencha Tea directly imported from Kagoshima Prefecture, right in our London kitchen to give its unique roasted aroma not found everywhere in the market.
They then carefully blended the granola with our home-made golden syrup, and sprinkled it with sweet mulberries to bring you a unique earthy sweetness in every crunchy bite. They use premium coconut oil to elevate its creamy texture.
