A Gold Winner at the Taste of the West Awards 2022, it delivers a true kombucha experience: lightly sparkling, satisfyingly full-bodied, and refreshingly tangy with a clean, tart finish.
Made with 100% natural ingredients, this artisan kombucha blends filtered Cornish water with fairly traded, single estate organic green and black teas, a touch of organic cane sugar, and exclusive kombucha cultures – nothing more, nothing less. Unpasteurised and free from artificial sweeteners, flavours, or extracts, it’s naturally lower in sugar than ginger beer or most soft drinks.
Flavour notes: Complex, layered, and tangy with subtle fruit and herbal tones. Inspired by the tea fields of São Miguel in the Azores, its bold yet refreshing profile pairs beautifully with Asian and Indian dishes, oysters, or classic fish and chips.
