The favourite spread of the South in the US, Pimento Cheese is an addictive mix of cheddar, cream cheese, pimentos, and a secret spice blend. Spread it on crackers or use it as a dip for your favourite crudité. Slather over your burgers or dollop on a potato. When Savannah born Jane Davis moved to the UK and couldn’t find pimento cheese anywhere, she brought a homemade batch to her local pub and asked them to cover her burger in it. It has been on the menu there ever since and now we’re delighted to say it is in our dairy fridges!
