France - Montsable Chardonnay

This is a Languedoc Chardonnay that takes inspiration from the elegant Burgundian whites from the Mâconnais. Just 20% of the wine is oaked which helps give it a mere hint of vanilla while ensuring the freshness leads through allowing the flavours ripe pears and peaches to shine. The good crisp acidity gives a real freshness to the palate and a refreshingly clean finish.
A very classy southern French Chardonnay that's great by itself or good to pair with fish or roast chicken. This is suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
