Nose : fruity, roasted and confit, aromas of dry apricots, honey.
Palate : subtle gustativ balance.Serving suggestions: Foie gras, starters of all types, white meats and cheeses,and especially Roquefort! Also excellent as an apéritif with a handull of walnuts. We suggest that the wine be drunk at a temperature of 8° to 12° C.
