Flam Classico Blanc

Bright, precise and effortlessly elegant, Flam Blanc is a refined expression of the Flam family’s winemaking heritage. Founded in 1998 by brothers Golan and Gilad Flam after an inspirational journey to Tuscany, the winery builds on decades of experience passed down from their father, Israel Flam, Israel’s first graduate of UC Davis’ Viticulture and Oenology programme.

This fresh, modern Israeli white wine is made from a balanced blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, sourced from the Mata and Givat Yeshayahu vineyards in the Judean Hills. Elevated sites with warm days and cool nights help preserve aromatic intensity and natural freshness in the grapes.

In the cellar, winemaker Golan takes a light, minimal-intervention approach, fermenting the wine in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve purity and vibrancy. The nose shows tropical fruit, lemon zest and delicate almond blossom. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with flavours of ripe stone fruit and subtle dried herb notes, finishing clean and refreshing.
