Dower House Honey is natural, untreated, pure English honey; produced by their own bees and by hand. They are specialised in short run honey production, and use only sustainable, plastic free packaging.
Dower House hand-cut honeycomb comes submerged in a jar full of our pure English Summer Honey. These honeycomb chunks come straight from the hive and are cut directly from the frames they were built on.
All the comb is edible; with the beeswax adding a slightly chewy texture. These chunks of comb are a perfect complement to a mixed fruit platter or even straight from the jar with a spoon.
