About Cow- Langres 200g
Langres is an orange washed rind cheese with a bright white core. It is named after the plateau of Langres, which is in the Champagne-Ardenne region. The rind, depending on its maturation, can go from a light yellow to a dark orange colour. It has a strong smell and taste, which is balanced by the creaminess of its paste.
Best to accompany with dry, sparkling wines.
Ingredients: Milk (cow’s), salt, traditional rennet.
