Created by blending the washed and natural beans from Ethiopia, El Salvador and Brazil. Using the varietals of Heirloom, Mundo Novo, Catuaí and Bourbon, this seasonal espresso blend has a completely different roast profile to that of the inimitable 'Derek'. Think syrupy dark chocolate and roasted nuts.
