Basic Recipe
What you need:
400g Babbi Home Bakery Pancake Mix
160g lactose-free butter or Margarine
3 small eggs (about 150g)
340g water
Preparation:
Pour the Pancake Mix into a bowl and add the eggs and water. Mix with a whisk for about 5 minutes; once combined, slowly add the melted butter and mix until the mixture is smooth. Using a ladle, pour the mixture into a hot non-stick pan. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Recipe for about 10 Pancakes.
Storage Instructions: Once opened, all Babbi Home Bakery products can be stored at room temperature until the expiry date shown on the package.
