Austria - Sattlerhoff - Sauv Blanc 'Gamlitz'

Fully ripe, organically grown grapes are sourced from the Sattlerhof vineyards situated in and around the Gamlitz village, including some grapes from their top vineyard sites. The vines are located on steeply sloping vineyards 350-450 metres above sea level. The distinctly cool microclimate and limestone and quartz soils contribute to this wine's character.

This Austrian Sauvignon Blanc is juicy and expressive, with aromas of green apple, celery, mint and papaya. The palate is compact and precise with a persistent finish and juicy acidity.
