Circus Pizza has landed at Panzer's!
Over the past few months we have been fortunate enough to acquire a state of the art pizza oven and a Naples trained pizza chef all the way from London. Together they are joining forces with our ever trusted suppliers of the finest ingredients, to bring top quality pizza to St John’s Wood at last!
Regulars may have noticed the pizzas coming out from the kitchen over the past few weeks, as we have been road testing the dough and toppings. We have tweaked and tweaked and have arrived at a menu that showcases our light, crispy, 100% natural dough.
Kit Delamain takes the lead as head pizza chef, having trained at St John, The Post Office Bakery in Clapham and finally in Naples where he perfected his skills.
Available to order on the terrace all-day or for delivery within a 3-mile radius via the imminently launching Circus Pizza app, the menu includes a number of Panzer’s twists on the classics, like Pepe – tomato, smokey pepperoni, smoked mozzarella and basil, or Fungi-er Than Thou – Tomato, mushroom ragu, oregano, truffle pangrattato.
Alongside these, the menu will showcase the exceptional quality and seasonality of Panzer’s produce in monthly changing specials, with the likes of Jersey Royals, wild garlic and Yorkshire rhubarb featuring as and when they come available.
