Peckham Sauce Co Batch Two

Batch Two is designed to subtly add a sweet and tangy kick to any dish. We ferment Habanero chillies, yellow peppers and peach in coriander, mustard seeds and black pepper to create a unique fruity flavour and wonderfully refined heat.

Ingredients:
Yellow Peppers, Peach, Habanero, Vinegar ( Sulphites), Salt, Black Pepper, Coriander Seeds, Mustard Seeds ( Mustard), Cardamon.
