Batch Three will add a spicy, citrus freshness to any dish. We ferment Carliston green peppers, Habanero chillies, onion, garlic and lime in coriander and mustard seed to create a unique tangy flavour and wonderfully refined heat. No thickeners, no additives no preservatives just 100% natural flavour.

Ingredients: Carlston Green Peppers, Onion, Vinegar (Sulphites), Habanero, Garlic, Preserved Lime, Salt, Coriander Seeds, Mustard Seeds ( Mustard).
