Our tortilla chips start with the finest whole non-GMO corn, carefully cooked and steeped overnight before being ground into masa using hand-carved Mexican volcanic stones—an ancient process known as nixtamalization. While still warm, the masa is shaped and baked into tortillas, then left to rest overnight to develop the perfect texture. The tortillas are then cut and lightly fried, creating irresistibly crispy, authentic tortilla chips. Made with tradition and the highest quality ingredients, they’re perfect for dipping or enjoying on their own.
