Cow - Parmesan Red
Red cow parmesan is an incredible cheese, which everyone will love, from children to older people, to sport lovers thanks to its high calcium content. What is remarkable about this cattle breed is that red cows produce a third less milk than the more common Holstein Friesian cows, but their milk contains more casein. The production is the same as that for other Gennari cheeses: Italian milk from the company cattle, low salt and rennet content and long aging period.
