Grand Vin Castel

Domaine du Castel is a prestigious boutique winery located in the Judean Hills, near Jerusalem. It was founded by Eli Ben-Zaken in the early 1990s and has since gained international recognition for producing high-quality, Bordeaux-inspired wines. The `Grand Vin` is Domaine du Castel`s flagship wine, a red blend that typically comprises Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, with smaller portions of Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The grapes are sourced from their best vineyards, which are situated at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, benefiting from a cool climate.
