"Ubriaco" drunk Buffalo in Prosecco - Italy- UNIQUE 7 ELEGANT
Formaggio Ubriaco ‘Prosecco DOC’ by Latteria Moro is a distinctive firm cheese from Veneto, Italy, made from pasteurised cow’s milk and matured for at least six months. During ageing, it’s immersed in the must of Prosecco (Glera grapes), which lends it a delicate aroma, golden hue, and a subtle sparkle that captures the essence of the Veneto hills.
This refinement in Prosecco grape must balances gentle creaminess with fragrant, wine-soaked notes - making it an approachable introduction to the famous Ubriaco (“drunken”) cheeses.
Perfect served cubed and slightly chilled for aperitifs, or paired with fresh grapes, crisp apple slices, pistachios, and light aromatic wines such as Prosecco DOC or Frizzante. It also shines when grated into risottos or enjoyed as part of an elegant antipasto board. A true taste of Veneto’s winemaking and cheesemaking traditions in harmony.
