Crafted by Latteria Perenzin in Italy, this mature Caprino goat’s cheese is infused with extra-virgin olive oil and coated with aromatic black pepper. Made from pasteurised Italian goat’s milk, it offers a full-bodied, fragrant profile that beautifully balances creamy richness with a lively, spicy edge.
The rind, treated with oil and pepper, adds both depth and aroma, while the interior remains smooth and flavourful with a lingering, gently piquant finish.
