Hevva! Smoked Cornish Mackerel is a masterclass in traditional British fish preserving — rich and flavourful.
Sourced fresh each morning from the fish auctions in Newlyn, Cornwall, the mackerel is dry-cured with a touch of salt and brown sugar before being gently cold-smoked over apple wood on Hevva’s 350-acre farm along the North Cornish coast. The result is a beautifully tender fish with a delicate sweetness and a subtle, smoky depth.
Sustainably caught and expertly prepared in small batches, this tinned mackerel captures the essence of Cornwall — perfect flaked over salads, stirred through pasta, or simply enjoyed on warm toast with a squeeze of lemon.
