Tender pieces of roast free-range chicken are tucked into a creamy sauce with onions gently cooked down in garlic oil, sweet leeks, celery, and just the right touch of rosemary salt. Wrapped up in Willy’s signature buttery, golden pastry, it’s hearty, herby and full of flavour. Pop it in the oven, serve with mash or greens and dinner’s sorted.
