Nordic Chocolate Hjortron 65% Cloudberry

The cloudberry, the "gold of the forest", is an important part of northern Swedish culture and a traditional food. The berries are known for their unique taste and
characteristic golden colour. They grow wild in the beautiful arctic landscape and must be carefully picked by hand. With their mild, sweet and tart flavour, cloudberries are considered one of Sweden's primary delicacies. They are often made into jam and enjoyed with various desserts. The berries acidity and sweetness are balanced with the rich and deep flavours of the chocolate and creates a unique flavour combination.
The cacao comes from cooperatives that we continuously visit and collaborate with in Tingo Maria, Peru and the Guayas province of Ecuador.
